NIKE VICTORY | Launch campaign | Barcelona

U LA LA managed full production for Nike’s Victory Swim campaign, shot at the Montjuïc Municipal Olympic Pool in Barcelona, Spain, in collaboration with photographer Paola Kudacki, director Beatriz Vilariño.

The campaign marked the launch of Nike’s first modest performance swimwear collection — a full-coverage swimsuit, swim hijab, tunic and leggings — addressing the lack of options for female athletes who want to combine modesty with movement. The campaign featured an internationally diverse cast of athletes and advocates including Emirati figure skater Zahra Lari, Somali-British model Ikram Abdi Omar, Malaysian fashion advocate Arinna Erin Wira, and Saudi Arabian diver Nouf Alosaimi. Underwater direction and coordination was provided by specialist agency Aquabatix, who supplied professional swimmers to assist the models with underwater posing. Styling was by Victoria Sekrier, with cinematography by Marcos del Villar and underwater camera by Txema Vega.

U LA LA coordinated all production elements on the ground in Barcelona — managing the Montjuïc pool location, crew, logistics, and the complex multi-discipline coordination required for simultaneous above and below water shooting.
